Shipping within Malaysia
Little Planet Co is pleased to offer delivery across Malaysia. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. After processing, delivery times vary depending on your location:
Peninsular Malaysia: 2-5 business days
East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 5-8 business days
We work with reputable courier partners to ensure your items arrive safely and promptly. However, some deliveries can be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances - especially during festive or campaign seasons, but we strive to meet the estimated delivery schedule.
International Shipping
Currently, we only offer customer from Singapore for international shipping service.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination the weight of items in your cart. For large or bulk items, additional shipping charges may apply. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions—please check our website or social media channels for updates.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. You can use this number to track your shipment’s progress on the courier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated.
Delivery Issues
If there are any issues with your delivery, such as delays or undeliverable packages, please reach out to us at support@thelittleplanet.co, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
Lost or Damaged Items
Little Planet Co takes great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. However, if an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and a description of the issue, and we will work with you to resolve it.
