At Little Planet Co, we are pleased to offer a 7-Day Money Back Guarantee on selected purchases. If you have received an incorrect item, a defective item, or a non-functioning product, please contact us within 7 days to arrange for an exchange, return, or refund.

To qualify for a return, please review our return & refund policy and procedures:

Return Process:

  1. Evidence Submission: Before returning any item, please send us supporting pictures or videos as evidence within 7 days of receiving the item.

  2. Condition Requirements:

    • Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
    • No signs of damage or physical use should be present.
    • The original shipping container must remain intact, with no additional labels or markings.
    • All parts, such as charging cables or accessories, must be included.

  3. Inspection and Refund:

    • Once we receive and verify the returned items and receipt, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
    • If the return is due to our error (e.g., a faulty item or incorrect shipment), Little Planet Co will cover the return shipping costs.
    • If the return is due to a customer error (e.g., incorrect item ordered), a 3% non-refundable transaction fee will be applied, and the customer is responsible for return shipping and any new shipping charges.

Warranty Coverage Each product's warranty period is stated on the product page and includes limited coverage for manufacturing defects such as initial functionality issues or battery defects.

Warranty Exclusions:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper use not aligned with the instruction manual
  • Unauthorized disassembly, repairs, alterations, or modifications
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents
  • Rough handling or excessive force
  • Spillage of liquids into the main unit
  • Accessories and USB cables

Upon receiving a returned item, we aim to inspect and update you within 3-5 business days. Returns for items damaged due to improper use or normal wear and tear will not be accepted.
